Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product has not been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is made within the specified timeframe

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be completed within 7 working days

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
